How to Download and Install SyncUploader?

What is SyncUploader?

SyncUploader is a simple and secure program that allows Synchron customers to send transcript and media files to Synchron for synchronization — and receive the completed files back quickly to your local device.

All transfers happen through a secure, encrypted connection, keeping your data private and safe.
Once your files are received, Synchron processes them and sends back fully synchronized files ready to use with popular trial presentation software like Sanction II, TrialDirector, and RealLegal Binder.

How to Download and Install SyncUploader

Follow the steps below to get started. Choose the section that matches your device.

For Windows Users

1. Go to the download page
‍Visit the Synchron website and click on the Download for Windows button.

2. Save the file
‍When prompted, choose Save File. The installer will download to your Downloads folder.

3. Open the installer

• Double-click the file named SyncUploaderSetup.exe.
• If a message appears asking “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”, click Yes.

4. Follow the setup steps

• The installation wizard will open.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When complete, click Finish.

5. Open SyncUploader
‍You can now find SyncUploader in your Start Menu or on your Desktop.

For Mac Users

1. Go to the download page
‍Visit the Synchron website and click on the Download for Mac button.

2. Open the downloaded file
‍Find the file in your Downloads folder. It will look like SyncUploader.dmg.

3. Install the application

• Double-click the .dmg file to open it.
• Drag the SyncUploader icon into your Applications folder.

4. Open SyncUploader

• Go to Applications and double-click SyncUploader.The first time you open it, you may see a message saying it’s from an “unidentified developer.”h.

• If this appears, open System Preferences → Security & Privacy, click Open Anyway, and confirm.

You’re Ready to Log In

Once SyncUploader is installed, you can log in using the same email and password as your Synchron account.
