Each disposition varies, so we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe. However, all jobs will be completed before the requested turnaround time. The processing time depends on the length of the media and the quality of the audio.
Can I send in my video for synchronization if it has not been encoded?
Short answer: No, your media must be converted to .mpg or .mp4 before synchronization.

To ensure compatibility, you’ll need to convert your media to a format supported by your trial presentation software and operating system.

As of 2019, some trial presentation applications prefer constant bitrate MPEG-1, while others work best with MPEG-4 (.mp4) files. Synchron supports synchronization to both formats, among many others.
