What are Sychnron's prices?

Our pricing is based on the length of your audio or video file and the processing speed you choose. For more details on the differences between AutoSync and ManualSync, please visit our pricing page.

How are completed jobs delivered back to me?

Once your transcripts are synchronized, SyncUploader automatically retrieves and stores them locally on your system. You’ll also receive an email notification as soon as your files are ready.

How long does it take to receive my sync files?

We offer flexible sync speeds to balance speed and accuracy, with processing times as fast as under 10 minutes in some cases.

Turnaround times vary based on the selected sync method and speed:
‍AutoSync: 1–24 hours (Usually less than 1 hour)
‍ManualSync: 1–3 days, depending on processing speed selected.
‍
AutoSync Rush: Delivered in 10 minutes.
ManualSync Rush: Delivered in under 24 hours (Same day if received before 2:30pm Central Time)

‍A Rush Job prioritizes your sync request for faster turnaround. If you need your transcript synced as quickly as possible, selecting a Rush Job ensures it gets processed ahead of standard orders. Jobs are available at an additional cost.

Is Synchron Reliable?

Absolutely. Every sync comes with a Reliability Score out of 100, so you always know the accuracy of your transcript. On average, our syncs score 97+ out of 100. If our system detects any uncertainty, it flags those sections for review. Moreover, our reliability scores are reliable -- meaning as the score decreases to the low 90s (for example) the synchronization is still quite good, more like an "A-" if it were a letter grade.
If you're not completely satisfied with an AutoSync, you can request a ManualSync. Our experienced team will manually time-stamp every line where the automated system is uncertain, ensuring the highest accuracy.
